Mexican President Felipe Calderón Hinojosa

I lied.

I thought seeing PELE was amazing.

Having the president of a country walk by is pretty amazing in itself. Secret service everywhere, clean black suburbans with Mexican flags speeding away. It's amazing.

I was leaving lunch today and the secret service stopped us because the president was leaving the hotel. I was at the base of 5 steps below a covered walkway. First men in dark suits with ear pieces quickly walked by, glancing at our group, nodding to the serviceman who was keeping us in place. Then a few more suits and some military officials. A man behind me shouted in Spanish, live the president of Mexico. It was kinda unnerving, the loud yelling. The president surrounded by suits and earpieces looked over and waved to us, the man yelling. We were able to walk towards the lobby and by that time three black suburbans lined with Mexican flags were loading up. Secret servicemen standing and watching on half open car door frames as the entourage started to move and speed up. When safety was felt they then sat down and closed the doors while speeding away. It was pretty cool and powerful.

PELE didn't have that kinda of a crew.
